Short Term Scientific Missions (STSMs)
STSMs applications can be submitted at any time, but latest 7 weeks before the planned mission due to administrative causes. The procedure is as follows:
- Fill in and submit the electronic summary application (‘Online application’, under Guideline below). This will create a pdf-file containing Your application number, and You are registered as an applicant at the COST office.
- Fill in the full application with attachments. The procedure is described in STSM forms.pdf found under Guideline.
- Send the full application together with the summary pdf-file created under 1, to the STSM Chairman.
- The mission period may last from 1 week to three months, the maximum grant allowed is fixed to 2500 Euro.
